Denpa/Kuma Announce Four New Titles at Anime NYC

By Josh PiedraAugust 24, 2025

At this year’s Anime NYC, Denpa and Kuma collectively announced four new titles. Outerhaven’s own Matthew Paul was on the show floor for the panel.

Below are what was announced:

This is District A, somewhere in Asia, where skyscrapers and slums coexist in a chaotic mix.

Sakaki Takeru, who grew up in such a place, is scouted by an underworld organization’s assassin squad and, under the guise of recruit training, becomes partners with Atonashi Isagi.

Upon their first meeting, Takeru fell for Isagi’s looks, gentle personality, and the fact that he’s still a virgin.

As a perfect match both professionally and physically, they seemed to be off to a smooth start.

Until “something” happened that provoked Isagi’s wrath…

Set in an alternate version of Japan with heavy Western influences, Renjoh Desperado is the story of a wandering swordswoman named Monko, who drifts from town to town looking for her ideal husband. Over the course of her journey, she often ends up rescuing someone from their predicament, only to find out the man she’s pursuing isn’t as faithful or noble as they first appear. Even so, Monko continues her search for her perfect man, while various figures from her past seek to capture or kill her, including the Shogun.

In the Seirin high school, Takatora reigns supreme even amongst the most elite of alphas. One day, he notices a sudden elevation in body temperature and… Well, you can see where this is going… Or can you?

Asada Nemui’s deconstruction of the omegaverse begins now!

Deto and delinquent Zono are merely opponents. But then Deto discovered Zono’s weakness. If his neck is touched, Zono will let out erotic sounds. Hearing Zono’s erotic moans, Deto’s lower-body reacted and left him confused. One day, Deto ran into Zono, who was beaten into a pulp by his father, despite being very strong in fighting. Deto rushed in to rescue Zono. And why was Zono wearing fancy, cute-looking clothes?
