If you haven’t heard the news by now, the Nintendo Switch 2 is doing incredibly. Hardware-wise, it has sold over 6 million units so far, and it remains in high demand, selling out in many places worldwide. Software-wise, its first main title had nearly a 100% attach rate with the new system! That’s not something that happens regularly. Anyway, the console is doing very well, and Nintendo hopes to keep the momentum rolling with big games like Donkey Kong Bananza (read my review!) and new games down the line to fill up the holiday season.
However, there are some who still worry that the game key-card system is a “bad idea,” and that it’s killing games. Nintendo has clearly heard the complaints, as a new player survey has gone out asking players how they would prefer to get games on the Nintendo Switch 2:
Whatever your opinions are, providing feedback directly in developer surveys like this is a much better use of time than screaming in the void on social media and getting into arguments.
Switch 2 so far is doing just fine, but that doesn't mean there isn't room for improvement!

The irony here is that we KNOW that Nintendo is up for making big changes to help their systems grow. When the original DS came out, it didn’t have the best aesthetics, so they improved it, released it, and then went on to become the best-selling system in Nintendo history. So, if you really think that the game key-card system is bad, here’s your chance to make your voice heard!
