Demon Slayer – Kimetsu No Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles 2 Pre-Launch Trailer

By Scott AdamsJuly 28, 2025

Only a few short days are left until the early access period of Demon Slayer -Kimetsy No Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles 2 is here. Sega has released a trailer to get fans excited for the game’s release! This trailer gives us a small recap of the Hashira training arc’s characters and captains.

The end of the trailer gives a nice surprise as Muzan is confirmed to be a playable character in the game. Future downloadable content is also confirmed as the Infinity Castle and a new character pass. Here is hoping the second game has more support than the first game. Though the first game only had the first arc and the Mugen Train movie. This one should have the other two arcs that happen after the first arc.

Personally, I think the first game did a good job covering the first full arc as well as the Mugen Train movie. I am hoping the second game is equal in quality to the story of the first game. It gave Cyberconnect2 a great shot at replicating the gorgeous scenes from the anime. I am excited to see how well they adapt some of the other scenes of the anime into the game.
