Intelligent Systems Is Currently Hiring For: “Popular Game”

Which franchise are they tackling, though?
By Todd BlackJuly 9, 2025
Intelligent Systems

One of the great benefits that Nintendo has over certain other publishers is that it has several key teams that it can count on to create incredible titles across many different genres, and The Big N never asks them to do things that they don’t want to do (you hear that, Xbox and Sony?). One of those teams is Intelligent Systems, which had an incredible run during the Switch era, with multiple entries from Fire Emblem, Paper Mario, and the WarioWare franchise. The team knows how to make great stuff, and we should be grateful for that.

Now, though, Intelligent Systems has sent out a signal that they need some help with a “popular game” they’re working on:

As noted on their website, the jobs they’re seeking help with are programming, graphic designer, planner, and sound creator. While that doesn’t tell us which of the three franchises they’re working on right now, it does prove they’re working on something…right now! Let’s hope we get some new information on what they’re cooking soon!
