The Nintendo Switch 2’s eShop Has Gotten Its First Best-Sellers List!

By Todd BlackJune 16, 2025
Nintendo Switch 2

As we wait for the Nintendo Switch 2 to get even more games in its library, it’s important that we look at the ones that are available right now and see how well they’re doing. To that end, a listing for the Nintendo eShop on the Switch 2 has broken down how the games are doing via a best-sellers ranking. Unsurprisingly, Mario Kart World (read our review!) is in the lead. It was the console’s “killer app” at launch, and has easily sold well over 1 million units just in physical form, let alone whatever the number is with the digital copies sold.

Cyberpunk 2077 being second also isn’t that surprising, as that was a big deal that it was coming to the Nintendo Switch 2 and would function properly. It was also a true physical game release, which brought many to the table. The TOTK Switch 2 upgrade being in at No.3 highlights how many people wanted to enjoy the game with upgraded graphics and framerate. We don’t blame them for that. Check out the full top ten list below:

Nintendo Switch 2 eShop best sellers: 1) Mario Kart World 2) Cyberpunk 2077 3) Zelda: TOTK Upgrade 4) Fantasy Life i 5) Deltarune 6) Zelda: BOTW Upgrade 7) Switch 2 Welcome Tour 8) No Man's Sky9) Bravely Default HD Remaster 10) Street Fighter 6

Obviously, that list will grow and evolve over time, especially when other big-name titles, like Donkey Kong Bananza, join the roster to help flesh things out even more.
