Just when we thought that the Marvel Tokon Fighting Spirits was going to remain unchallenged as the new Tag Team 3 vs 3 brawler, Invincible VS will be joining it. Revealed at the Xbox Showcase, Quarter Up will be helming the title forthcoming to shake up the landscape. The Daximite team takes on Invincible to give a bit of an idea as to who is going to be in this bloody contest. Flight seems to be on the menu for the ass-whupping. Based on the comic book that recently had a show, the game seems to feature some characters from there. The family feud between Omni-Man and Invincible takes center stage, and practically all over the galaxy.
So far, the game seems to put alot of tag team staples into this run such as heroic launchers that could possibly rival that of the Marvel vs Capcom series with a hint of its Mortal Kombat esque gore charm. In a sense, this could be moreless the Fatality equivilent. Add a dash of Injustice meyhem and it seems as though this is it.
Invincible VS is coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X | S, and PC in 2026. No word on other platforms at this time. No definitive date has been announced.
