K-pop sensations CRAVITY and IVE have arrived on Berriz, creating long-awaited global fan communities to strengthen their connection with followers around the world.

Kakao Entertainment announced on June 2 that, following the boy group CRAVITY (Serim, Allen, Jungmo, Woobin, Wonjin, Minhee, Hyeongjun, Taeyoung, Seongmin), the girl group IVE (An Yu-jin, Gaeul, Rei, Jang Won-young, Liz, Leeseo) will launch its fan community on Berriz, a global K-culture fan platform developed by Kakao Entertainment, to take a step closer to its fans.

CRAVITY has been actively connecting with its fandom – LUVITY – since joining Berriz on May 30. After bursting onto the K-pop scene in 2020, CRAVITY has earned the nicknames “Perfovity” (Performance + CRAVITY) and “Vocalvity” (Vocal + CRAVITY), underscoring the group’s outstanding performing skills and vocal brilliance. With its creative content, refreshing energy and dynamic stages, CRAVITY has also mesmerized fans abroad, holding fan concerts in major Asian cities including Hong Kong and Macau. With all members actively appearing in music and variety shows, they have deepened their engagement with fans through Berriz.

Upon its arrival on the platform, CRAVITY greeted its followers with a video message, saying, “CRAVITY’s global fan community is now open. We’ll be communicating with LUVITY more often and bringing you a variety of Berriz-exclusive content, so let’s keep things sweet between us.” As the members joined a live chat, LUVITY responded enthusiastically, leaving comments such as: “Let’s make lots of precious memories together!” “Please remember that we are always by your side,” “We love you.”

Shortly after CRAVITY, IVE will open its new community on Berriz on June 2. Known for actively interacting with its global fandom DIVE through its social media channels, IVE is now beginning a new chapter on Berriz.

With this launch, Berriz will host the “Show us your best IVE moment!” event for DIVE. Fans are invited to share photos of their favorite IVE moments with the hashtag “#IVE_in_Berriz” by June 8, along with the reasons behind their selections. Berriz will then pick winners to receive special gifts. The event seeks to deliver a unique experience for fans, allowing them to join IVE’s new adventure while exploring the diverse features of Berriz.

Berriz will also offer a special space where fans can get a glimpse of IVE’s daily life. Official fan club members will gain access to a variety of exclusive content as well, fostering deeper bonds with their stars and creating new shared memories.

Debuting in 2021, IVE has quickly become a marquee name in the K-pop industry with the stellar success of hits like “ELEVEN,” “Kitsch,” LOVE DIVE,” “After LIKE” and “I AM.” Thanks to its distinctive musical style and dynamic performances, it has risen to global stardom, becoming a five-time million-seller with its third mini-album, “IVE EMPATHY,” released in February. The group also made headlines for its large-scale world tour in 2024, attracting 420,000 audience members across 19 countries. This year, IVE performed for 100,000 fans in four Japanese cities. Following its commanding stage presence at Lollapalooza Chicago in 2024, IVE is set to perform at Lollapalooza Berlin and Lollapalooza Paris this July — making it the first K-pop girl group to appear at Lollapalooza three times, a testament to its sustained global popularity.

Berriz is designed to bring together fans who love any type of K-culture IP including artists and creators, as well as content IPs such as dramas, films, webtoons and musicals. It is also a fan-friendly modular platform where IP holders and fandoms can choose services based on their specific needs and preferences. Berriz is currently available on the web and mobile (Android, iOS), offering services in 18 languages including English and Korean. Artists already active on the platform include IU with her “UAENA ZONE,” MONSTA X with “MONground,” Jung Seung-hwan’s “US Letter,” and CRAVITY’s “VITY BOARD.”

“CRAVITY and IVE, both backed by powerful fandoms worldwide, will be able to take a closer step toward their followers via Berriz,” Kakao Entertainment said. “Going forward, Berriz will continue to make new attempts to establish itself as a playground where fans of various artists and content IPs can entertain together.”
