Guilty Gear Strive Season 4’s Unika trailer was released with her character guide, which is narrated by Samurai Champloo’s Ryan Drees. The character’s trailer appeared after Combo Breaker 2025.
The savior from the future has come to stop the evil that seems to plague the Gears in order to prevent the next Crusades – mostly herself. Unika was introduced in the Guilty Gear Strive: Dual Rulers anime, hellbent on destroying all Gears to stop the catastrophe. As to how she is connected to the Gears will be up to readers to check ou,t since this could spoil the anime for those who are still going through it.
Unika’s weapon holds several secrets, such as the Arbalest and Weapons Free Modes. Star Deviation has a honing effect after Weapons Free changes her gun into a sword and her hairgoes white. Arbalest changes a lot of these normals and command moves. Unika has several mid and long-range moves which are handy to use within Arbalest as A.M.T.G. Streak. Unika’s Blitz is a cool poke. Unika’s movement is her downfall, though.
Unika has her Season 4 debut cut out for her. She joins Queen Dizzy and Venom for now. Cyberpunk Edgerunner’s Lucy will also be joining her soon to finish this season. There is a potential 5th season DLC in the works for Strive.
Guilty Gear Strive is available for PlayStation 4|5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC(Steam).
