I’ve been very open and honest about my desire to visit one of the many Nintendo Store locations eventually. Or, to have a Nintendo Store put closer to me, like in Chicago. Yet, I won’t be mad that others have gotten a store near them, including the people in California, who now have Nintendo San Francisco to go check out and even potentially get a Switch 2 at next week. The opening of the place was a big deal, and they even had to restrict those who could go in its opening weeks so that it wasn’t overloaded.
To that end, The Big N dropped a fun little video showing off what it was like on opening day, while also showcasing the various items you can get if you were to visit Nintendo San Francisco. If you listen to the Nintendo Entertainment Podcast, you’ll recognize some of the things we suggested for “our own stores” are on full display there!

We know that a 4th Nintendo Store is coming to Japan, but hopefully the success of the San Francisco branch will lead to other stores in places like the US!
