SHINOBI: Art of Vengeance Story Trailer Reveals Joe Musashi’s New Mission

By Keith MitchellMay 27, 2025

SEGA has released a new story trailer for their upcoming 2D action platformer, SHINOBI: Art of Vengeance, one that sets the tone for Joe Musashi’s latest mission, and it’s personal.

The trailer dives into Musashi’s backstory—his village destroyed, the Oboro Clan cursed, and nothing left but vengeance. His target? Lord Ruse and the shady ENE Corp. But taking them down won’t be easy. Ruse has somehow gotten his hands on a powerful relic that makes him immortal. Still, if there’s one thing we know about Joe Musashi, it’s that he doesn’t back down from a challenge

You can check out the new story trailer.

SHINOBI: Art of Vengeance is set to launch on August 29, 2025, for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam).
