The Online Qualifiers have yet to be announced. According to Virtua Fighter Dot Com, 4 winners will be able to qualify from North America(2), Asia(1), and Europe(1) in two qualifying events each. The online finals will hold a top 8 to determine who will be left.
Maximilan’s TNS Virtua Fighter tournament last month and Frosty Faustings this year have proven that the Virtua Fighter community won’t be sleeping on this one. While Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. has yet to be available on all consoles, practicing on either Ultimate Showdown or Steam’s Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. could come in handy.
The Virtua Fighter Open Championship is supported by Nvidia.
