Monolith Soft Is Currently Looking To Hire 20 People!

Beefing Up For Their Next Games?
By Todd BlackMay 1, 2025
Monolith Soft, Nintendo

In today’s gaming space, having developers who are “true to themselves” and deliver quality products consistently and constantly is a godsend. No, really, it’s great to see certain team logos pop up during reveal trailers and instantly say/feel “This will be a good game.” For Nintendo, they have several teams that could qualify for that, but Monolith Soft is the one that’s gotten plenty of praise recently, and not just from me! They’ve been making great games for ages now, but hit a new stride on the Nintendo Switch, as proven by Xenoblade Chronicles X Definitive Edition (which you can read my review on here!)

The point is, gamers are waiting to see what the team does next, as we truly don’t know what they’re cooking. What we do know, via the team’s official website, is that they are hiring!

Monolith Soft is actively hiring for 20+ different positions.

They reported they had 299 employees at the end of 2024, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's passed 300 now…

Via translation, we know that Monolith Soft is looking for various jobs to be filled, including a Project Manager, 2D/3D Designers, Cinematic and Technical Artists, Animators, and more!

It’s possible that they’re expanding their roster to handle multiple games on the Nintendo Switch 2. Whether they’re doing a new Xenoblade Chronicles entry, bringing back something like Xenosaga, or maybe making a new IP entirely is unknown…but it’s highly likely that it’ll be incredibly high quality when it releases.
