Tron: Ares Gets First Official Trailer

By Todd BlackApril 5, 2025
Tron: Ares

The Tron franchise as a whole is the definition of a “cult classic.” Every piece of it has been revered, but not necessarily successful. I was a huge fan of Legacy, and many wished that Uprising got more love from Disney instead of being canceled. And now, we have Tron: Ares, which will flip the script on the franchise by having the beings from The Grid enter the real world and cause some havoc. There are plenty of details we still don’t know about the film, but the first trailer has come out and it teases a lot.

As you’ll see, things are far more dangerous with the virtual beings and their vehicles being in our world than us being in theirs, and yet, a familiar voice at the end might just give hope to this whole situation.

Check out the Tron: Ares trailer below and be ready for its release on October 10th.
