A Quick Glimpse at Edge of Memories from Nacon Connect 2025

Edge of Memories is an upcoming action role-playing game (RPG) developed by Midgar Studio and published by Nacon. During the Nacon Connect 2025 event, the game was introduced with its first gameplay trailer, offering a glimpse into its immersive world. This isn’t the first time we’ve seen the game, as it was initially revealed a few weeks ago by IGN.

The follow-up to Edge of Eternity takes place in the same world but in a different section, complete with a new combat system. Unlike the turn-based battles of the first game, Edge of Memories features real-time battles similar to those in Bandai Namco’s Tales entries or Ys.

While I wasn’t the biggest fan of the first game, I like what I’m seeing from Memories so far. I just wish we had more than a minute of gameplay.

Check out the gameplay below.

Edge of Memories will be available in Fall 2025 on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
