With Death Battle back in full swing, it was time to get back to the type of match that made them famous in the first place: comic book fights! This time, though, it was Marvel Comics vs. Image Comics that went to war, as Ghost Rider vs Spawn took the Spirit of Vegeance and put it against the underworld’s Hellspawn. Trust me, this fight has been requested for a long time, and it absolutely lived up to the hype! I won’t spoil anything, but the 2D fight brought things to different dimensions and different forms, and the DB crew absolutely made sure that nothing was left out to ensure that the victor was clear.
What might make you smile the most are all the references that lie within the episode, especially in the fight itself. Keith David and Nicolas Cage would be proud…I hope. Anyway, you can watch Ghost Rider vs Spawn below! You’ll have to serve penance if you don’t!
