Bandai Namco Wants Your Elden Ring Nightreign Network Test Feedback

By Keith MitchellFebruary 17, 2025

Sadly, the Elden Ring Nightreign Network Test has ended, and I, for one, wish I had more time with it. Regardless, Bandai Namco is seeking feedback from those who participated in the test through a survey. If you played, you can share your thoughts by accessing the survey at this link.

I highly encourage anyone who took part in the network test to provide feedback, especially if you had any concerns about the experience.

Hopefully, Bandai Namco and FromSoftware will put the collected feedback to good use. And who knows? There might even be another network test, a beta, or possibly a demo. With a few months left until the release of Elden Ring Nightreign, another hands-on opportunity could benefit both the developers and players.

Unlike Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree, Nightreign focuses on cooperative gameplay, allowing solo players or teams of three (but notably, not two-player teams) to explore a procedurally generated version of Limgrave. Players must survive for three in-game days, defeating minor bosses that gradually shrink the playable area before facing an intense final battle.

The game features eight distinct pre-made characters, each with unique abilities and powerful ultimate attacks, encouraging strategic teamwork. The world itself is dynamically generated, with terrain elements such as volcanoes, forests, and swamps appearing differently in each playthrough. While that might sound like a challenge, I thoroughly enjoyed my time with the Elden Ring Nightreign Network Test. You can hear my full thoughts about my experience here.

Elden Ring Nightreign launches on May 30, 2025, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam).
