Fans of the Dynasty Warriors series got some good information today with the announcement of Dynasty Warriors: Origins selling over one million copies. It was announced on the Koei Tecmo twitter page. Alongside the announcement was the statistic that the Dynasty Warriors: Origins demo has been downloaded over two million times.

I am really happy about this because I think Omega Force did a fantastic job on the game. You can read my review to see my full thoughts on the game. Hopefully this means we will see more content in this format for Dynasty Warriors going forward. They were able to make a war simulator that felt new yet still retained the essence of Dynasty Warriors battles. You can download the free demo too if you want to try it out for yourself.
