Those of you waiting for a time to try out Sharkmob’s upcoming extraction shooter Exoborne are in for some good news. The playtest for Exoborne is officially live on Steam. There is even a new trailer for the game to celebrate.

The playtest for the game will start today and end February 17th, 2025. So if you get in now, you effectively get 5 whole days to play the game. If you don’t have the time to play Exoborne you can still wishlist the game on their Steam page.

On their Steam page the game is described as “Exoborne is an open-world, tactical extraction shooter set in a world torn apart by extreme forces of nature. Customize powerful exo-rigs to gain strategic advantage in ever-changing weather conditions. Face hostile factions, enemy players, and Mother Nature herself in intense high-stakes sessions.”

Exoborne doesn’t have a release date but it will be available on Xbox Series S|X, PS5, and PC.
