J-Pop’s Rock Heroine LiSA today debuts a new song in collaboration with Felix of Stray Kids entitled “ReawakeR (feat. Felix of Stray Kids),” which serves as the opening theme for the newly debuted second season of the hit anime series Solo Leveling Season 2 -Arise from the Shadow-. Marking LiSA’s second collaboration with Felix following their hit track “Social Path,” “ReawakeR” was composed by iconic anime musician Hiroyuki SAWANO, who combines rock instrumentation with dance music synths under Felix’s deep rap vocals and LiSA’s pop-rock chorus to create an intensely dynamic opening theme song.
The track’s title “ReawakeR” is a reference to the protagonist of Solo Leveling, who experiences a “re-awakening” and gains overwhelming power, while its lyrics reference the Ring of Gyges, a mythological artifact in the anime series that grants invisibility and ultimate power, highlighting the protagonist’s journey of balancing god-like strength with justice – ENGLISH LYRICS HERE.
