Andor Season 2 Appears To Have A Release Date!

Took them long enough!

Andor Season 2

The Star Wars universe is either doing really well or really badly, depending on who you ask. The Acolyte was a big blow to the franchise, and now, there are reports of a new trilogy of films that may or may not continue what happened after the events of Episode IX. It’s all a bit muddled right now, and that doesn’t even mention the Disney+ side of things like with Skeleton Crew, or the numerous other projects that may or may not be happening. That brings us to Andor Season 2, which is happening, and thanks to the Disney+ app, we might know when it’s dropping on the platform.

The reveal comes from Twitter, where someone noticed that the Disney+ mobile app noted that Andor Season 2 would drop on April 22nd, 2025. That would mean it arrives just after the beloved Star Wars Celebration. If this is confirmed, that means we won’t have to wait too much longer for it to drop.

If you recall our review of Andor Season 1, we didn’t feel it was as great as many others thought it would, and based on things we’re hearing about Season 2, it could be a unique one in terms of pacing. We’ll find out eventually if it’s a series worthy of other Rebels or if it’s a…Rogue…One…
