During today’s Nintendo Direct broadcast, SQUARE ENIX® announced DRAGON QUEST III HD-2D Remake, the striking reimagining of the beloved and timeless masterpiece DRAGON QUEST III: The Seeds of Salvation, can now be pre-ordered via My Nintendo Store and Nintendo eShop. Launching Nov. 14 for Nintendo Switch™, PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, PC via Steam® and Microsoft Store on Windows, DRAGON QUEST III HD-2D Remake is available for pre-order across all platforms.
DRAGON QUEST III HD-2D Remake is the chronological beginning of the “Erdrick Trilogy”, which will continue in 2025 with the release of DRAGON QUEST I & II HD-2D Remake, and the perfect entry point for newcomers to one of the most influential franchises in gaming history.
The iconic HD-2D look and its evocative mix of 2D pixel sprites and three-dimensional environments imbue the reimagined environments with far greater clarity and detail. Plus, existing fans can re-experience the beloved RPG like never before. Physical pre-orders are available on the SQUARE ENIX Store for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
