LEGO The Legend of Zelda Set is Coming Out in September 2024

By Jakejames LugoMay 29, 2024

If you love collecting LEGO sets and are also a big Nintendo fan, something fun is on the way. Nintendo revealed in a social media post that a LEGO The Legend of Zelda 2-in-1 set will be available starting September 1, 2024.

The post shared a video on the official Nintendo Twitter page showing a LEGO set that is partially based on The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The video highlights a LEGO Link minifigure, along with one display that is based on the Great Deku Tree, which is accompanied by multiple smaller figures of Hetsu, skullutla, fairies, and more.

The set also switches up to display a scene from Breath of the Wild, which includes two minifigures of Link and Zelda wearing their outfits from the game.

This set based on The Legend of Zelda follows the success of other LEGO sets based on various Nintendo franchises. The multiple Super Mario sets released by LEGO were very well-received by Nintendo fans, as were the LEGO sets based on the Animal Crossing games.

The set itself comes with around 2500 pieces, according to the official LEGO website. It will also have some interactive features, such as the face of The Great Deku Tree changing expressions. The LEGO Legend of Zelda set is now available for preorder now. The price for the set is about $299.99 USD, so be prepared for that sticker shock.
