Long-time story and novel writer, Christie Golden took to X (fka Twitter) to announce that Blizzard Entertainment has laid her off.
From her post, the layoff took place back in January. Christie spent years with Blizzard working on cinematics, song lyrics, short stories, and novels that typically came out before a World of Warcraft expansion was released to help set the tone and the lore for what was to come.
