Fallout Season 2 Has Been Greenlit

By Todd BlackApril 18, 2024
Fallout TV Series, Fallout Season 2

Video game adaptations have been hit or miss over the years, but when one shines through and truly shows the glory of video games in a new form, it gets noticed pretty quickly. Last week, the Fallout TV series arrived on Amazon Prime Video, and both critics and fans agree that it’s pretty awesome, and most felt that Fallout Season 2 was all but guaranteed. The only question was how quickly it would get the greenlight.

The good news is that, according to ComicBook.com, Fallout Season 2 has already been renewed! This comes from a tax credit that has been pushed through that indicates that filming for Season 2 will happen soon. If so, hopefully, it’ll come to Prime Video faster than the first season did. The team behind it have noted that they have plenty of material for multiple seasons, and the first season ended on an interesting note, so we’ll have to see what’s in store.

Just remember…war never changes.

UPDATE: And now, we have this tweet from the official Fallout Twitter handle further confirming things!

Wouldn't want to keep you on the edge of your seat, now, would we?
