Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero Showcase Taking Place on March 20th

By Keith MitchellMarch 20, 2024
Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero - Super Saiyan Blue

DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO is perhaps the most anticipated Dragon Ball game to date due to the success of the Dragon Ball Budokai Tenkaichi series. While fans have been waiting for Bandai Namco to release more information about the next chapter in the series, they won’t have to wait much longer, as a DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO showcase will take place on March 20th, 2024.

This Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero showcase will be shown on the YouTube channel of Bandai Namco Entertainment at 7 AM PT / 10 AM ET. I have no idea what Bandai Namco plans to show off, but you can bet it will be amazing. Count on it.

Ever since Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero was announced during the 2023 Game Awards Show, and fans of the series have been going wild. I don’t blame them one bit. It’s been 15 years since we’ve seen another Budokai Tenkaichi game and Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero looks to be making up for some lost time.

Developed by Spike Chunsoft, the developers behind the original Dragon Ball: Z: Bukdokai Tenkaichi series, Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero brings the series forward to a new era by harnessing the power of Unreal Engine 5 and pushing the envelope for gameplay and features in an arena brawler. Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero also brings the franchise back to the original Japanese naming convention, where the original Dragon Ball: Z: Bukdokai Tenkaichi was titled Dragon Ball: Sparking!

Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero will be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and PC.
