Combat is an essential part of Palworld. Whether you like it or not, you’ll have to fight your way to survive on the island of Galapagos. With over 110 unique pals, it can be overwhelming to sort out pals based on their combat abilities when there are way too many parameters to look at. Here in this article I’ll suggest you the possible top 5 Pals for combat after playing over 120 hours of Palworld.

Blazamut

  • HP: 100
  • Melee Attack: 150
  • Magic Attack: 125
  • Defense: 120

Blazamut is the dark horse of combat that you may have overlooked if you are nearing the late game. Generally known as the ‘Cursed Tyrant’, Blazamut is probably one of the best pals for combat. Its relatively high attack and defense stats make it a very important part of the combat team anyone should have.

Jetragon

  • HP: 110
  • Melee Attack: 100
  • Magic Attack: 140
  • Defense: 110

Jetragon is already on almost every ‘best’ list you’ll craft for Palworld. This excessively overpowered ‘Celestial Dragon’ is a must-have. Its partner ability comes with missiles that can eliminate any enemies on the map within seconds. The base combat stats for Jetragon are very well-established and almost at par with Blazamut’s.

Anubis

  • HP: 120
  • Melee Attack: 130
  • Magic Attack: 130
  • Defense: 100

Anubis is another pal, just like Jetragon, who will be there for all your ‘best’ lists. Anubis is very fast and powerful. If you go to fight against Anubis, you will see how fast it moves and dodges half of the attacks, and this makes it a very good strength for this human-like pal. Combat stats are fair for Anubis

Necromus

  • HP: 130
  • Melee Attack: 100
  • Magic Attack: 145
  • Defense: 120

Known as ‘The Dark Knight of Legend, ‘ Necromus is another good option for combat in Palworld. Its decent HP paired with a high Magic attack makes it a strong contender for most battle situations. Not to mention its ‘Legend’ passive, which will have an added bonus on top of its base stats.

Jormuntide Ignis

  • HP: 130
  • Melee Attack: 150
  • Magic Attack: 135
  • Defense: 100

Jormuntide Ignis aka ‘Volcanic Emperor’ is another decent option for combat purpose. The rarity of the pal already gives a hint of its power; however, looking at the stats also proves the same. The fire attacks from this beast are insane and can burn down anything in front of it.
