Mortal Kombat 1 Drops First Look At Omni-Man At NYCC

By Todd BlackOctober 14, 2023
Mortal Kombat 1

There were a lot of questions about what Mortal Kombat 1 would show off at New York Comic Con. Ed Boon himself said that there wasn’t going to be an official “character trailer” for certain Kombat Pack characters at the show. However, he didn’t completely nix something being shown. To that end, a “first look” at Omni-Man in the game has been dropped, and it was everything fans could’ve hoped for. By that, we mean a violent time that highlights just how brutal the “superhero” is.

Not to mention we also got to hear the voice of J.K. Simmons as Omni-Man, reprising his role from the Invincible animated series. An official release date for his release in Mortal Kombat 1 wasn’t stated, but it seems to be Koming soon.

In celebration of INVINCIBLE’s 20th anniversary, we were happy to show this peek at Omniman in #MortalKombat1 !!https://t.co/GaZu4TC1eu
