Alright all you God Eater (And Monster Hunter / Phantasy Star Online) fans, get ready to rejoice! Bandai-Namco have announced during Sony’s pre-Tokyo Game Show conference that God Eater 2: Rage Burst is currently in development and slated for release on both the PS4 and Vita sometime in 2015. Sadly there wasn’t any mention of the game hitting the West as of yet but here’s to hoping that don’t pull a Phantasy Star Online 2 on us (Booooo Sega!).
For those unfamiliar with the series, God Eater is an single and multiple player / co-op action RPG that pits you and other gamers against creatures called Aragami.
Expect to hear more information on the title during the actual Tokyo Game Show that happens during September 18, 2014 – September 21, 2014.
