Bloober Team has revealed that it will be releasing a Layers of Fear demo onto Steam next Monday, May 15 – 22, 2023, and during this time, players will be able to get some hands up with the upcoming horror game ahead of its June 2023 release date. Layers of Fear was revealed during Summer Game Fest 2022 and is the follow-up to Layers of Fear and Layers of Fear 2.
Billed as “a psychological horror chronicle,” it isn’t quite Layers of Fear 3 but rather a sort of remix of the previous games. The compilation will include the original Layers of Fear, the DLC Inheritance, and Layers of Fear 2. Additionally, it will feature extra content and will expand on these previous titles.
Layers of Fear will also be one of the first games to utilize Unreal Engine 5 and will also feature Raytracing for those who have a PC capable of handling it. Speaking of which, the PC requirements to play Layers of Fear 2023 have been revealed.
