Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty Demo and Launch Trailer Released Today

By Keith MitchellFebruary 24, 2023
Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty - Story Trailer

Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja had announced earlier this month that it would release a demo for its upcoming Souls-like hack-and-slash Action RPG, Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. As of today, this demo has been released for the PlayStation, Xbox, and PC, alongside the launch trailer for the game.

Unlike the prior one, this new demo gives players access to two levels of the game, Chapter 1: Village of Calamity and Chapter 2: Two Chivalrous Heroes, and will be available until March 27, 2023.

Save data from the Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty demo will transfer over to the full game when it is released on March 3, 2023. Those who complete the demo will gain access to the ‘Crouching Dragon Helmet’ DLC that will be available in the full game.

After playing the first demo, the resemblance between it and Nioh series is apparent. Despite that, I found that Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty was an enjoyable sidestep I’m looking forward to experiencing.

I’ll be diving into the demo on both the consoles and the PC versions, because, you know, I love these sorts of games.
