The DCEU might finally be heading in the direction fans want it to go. It only took several years, a Snyder Cut movement, and Warner Bros “going away,” but it’s happening! Hopefully. It all started with Black Adam (read our review!), where the movie wowed audiences and had them asking for more. At the end of that movie, a teaser of more to come was given as Henry Cavill came back as Superman (in full form, with dialogue!) to talk with Teth Adam about what needed to happen next.
After that tease, many wondered if this was a “one-off” or if it was a sign of more. Thankfully, Henry Cavill answered that today by making a post with a new video image of Superman and the promise that there is more coming. He’ll talk about it more later, but he wanted to thank the fans for their support and their patience and promised that it would be rewarded.
Clearly this is a massive deal, and fans are already freaking out on social media. Hopefully, this will be followed up with confirmation of Man of Steel 2. If nothing else, it’s just good to know that Cavill is getting to be the character again, he deserves it.
