My Hero Ultra Rumble Game Comes to North America, Beta Times Revealed

Bandai Namco announced at its Anime Expo panel that it intends to release My Hero Ultra Rumble, also known as My Hero Academia Rumble in Japan, in English. The game is a battle royale featuring your favorite characters from the My Hero Academia universe. Eight teams of three players will battle it out in matches using their Quirks to gain victory. Additional costumes and skins will become available for the characters.

While there is no release date as of yet, Bandai plans to hold a worldwide closed beta test, exclusively for the PlayStation 4. The times for this beta as follows;

  • Phase 1: Starts on Aug. 17 at 7:00 p.m. PT, and ends on Aug. 18 at 3:00 a.m. PT 
  • Phase 2: Starts on Aug. 18 at 7:00 p.m. PT and ends on Aug. 21 at 11:00 a.m. PT

My Hero Academia Ultra Rumble will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
