Kirby and the Forgotten Land Sells Over 2 Million Units In First Two Weeks

Kirby and the Forgotten Land

As is almost a tradition at this point, it’s always good to look at financial results data from Nintendo (and other companies) in order to see what has done well, what has continued to sell, and so on. The current data comes from the end of the financial year, which ended on March 31st. And one of the big Nintendo games that launched that month was that of Kirby and the Forgotten Land. A title that many were excited for due to its more “open” nature compared to past Kirby titles.

So, how did the title do? Well, according to the data, Kirby and the Forgotten Land sold over 2.1 million units in just its first two weeks of life! That’s a huge release for the title, especially considering that since it’s May now, it’s more than likely that Kirby’s newest game is over 3 million, and positive word-of-mouth might boost it even further.

To hear our thoughts on the game, check out our review!
