2021 was the year that Disney+ fully embraced its Marvel side of things in regards to releasing WandaVision, Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Loki, What If…? and Hawkeye. Most of those being established characters within the MCU and What If…? featuring those characters in unique ways. But with 2022, thing are getting a bit more original. As the slate for this year feature a lot of debuting characters. One of which has arrived in part via Moon Knight, and next up after him is Ms. Marvel.
Kamala Khan is one of the “new generation of heroes” that was born in Marvel comics over the last decade and got a lot of fan-love because of how she was depicted. The Ms. Marvel series will feature some key changes to the character via her origins and powerset, but many are still excited to see it. And that includes Marvel Studios who dropped a new poster for the show, showcasing not just the cast, but a new look at the costume for the young hero.
