Bluefins Brands and its Social Channels Have Been Renamed

By Keith MitchellApril 6, 2022
Bandai Namco New Logo

Today, the popular North American brand known as Bluefin Brands has announced that its name has been changed to Bandai Namco Toys & Collectibles America.

As part of Bandai Namco’s logo change, among other things, Bluefin Brands will now be known as Bandai Namco Toys & Collectibles America. As part of the rebranding, the company has updated a number of things, including its social media changes.

The prior Twitter channel @bluefinbrands is now @BandaiCollect, and @BandaiAmerica has been changed to @Bandai_Play. As for the store, you can now find it at shop.bandai.com.

The brands under the Bluefin/Bandai Namco Toys & Collectibles America haven’t changed. You’ll be able to find some of your favorite brands, such as Tamashii Nations, Bandai Hobby, Megahouse, Shokugan, Storm Collectibles, Flame Toys, Sen-Ti-Nel, and others, just as you normally would. To repeat a phrase, “ain’t nothing changed but the name.”

When Bandai Namco announced it was going to change its logo, I never imagined this would also include Bluefin Brands getting a name change. I don’t like the name change, but what can you do. All I know is they better not take my Gundams away from me.
