‘Star Trek Lower Decks’ was easily one of my favorite shows of 2020 and I was saddened when the season ended. I had fallen in love with those goofy characters, I mean, how could you not. Thankfully, the second season was another shortly afterward and now, we have the release date which happens to be next month.
According to a tweet from the official Star Trek Twitter account, Star Trek Lower Deck will premiere this August 11th, 2021, on Paramount+. The second season will bring the original cast back, despite Boimler being promoted to another ship. I wonder what he does to get tossed back to the U.S.S. Cerritos.
