It was reported that the timeless classics known as Grimm’s Fairy Tales will be receiving a Netflix anime adaptation! Netflix announced that they are collaborating with Japanese anime studio CLAMP to produce an original series based on the fairy tales by giving it a modern twist. It is said that the series will feature horror and suspense elements. Wit Studio is also in charge of animation production for the series.
Outside of this, little information is known about the series. A title, release date, trailer, etc, have not been announced; however, we do know that Michiko Yokote will be writing the script for the series. Yokote was previously responsible for shows such as Bleach, Gintama, and xxxHOLIC.
