Nintendo May Be Testing Out Interest In WarioWare Title For Switch

By Todd BlackJune 5, 2021
WarioWare, WarioWare Get It Together

One of the things that absolutely goes and separates the Nintendo brand from Xbox and Sony’s brand in terms of games is that Nintendo has an absolutely STACKED library of IP franchises that they can use. And in the now 4+ years of the Nintendo Switch’s life, they’ve used a lot of them. Not all, but a lot. However, one that they haven’t used yet is the WarioWare franchise…keyword being…yet.

Because Nintendo has been in the habit of going and asking their customer base various questions via surveys. And one Twitter user decided to go and take a screenshot of a very particular survey question about WarioWare:

That's a VERY specific question about WarioWare Nintendo 👀👀👀 pic.twitter.com/NRESbookx7

It does seem odd that Nintendo would ask this question without going and already having notions about what a Switch version of the franchise could be like. Or perhaps they are truly just testing interest in it. Only time will tell.
