Update: Upon talking to our Sega PR rep, there will be no upgrade from the PlayStation 4 version to the PlayStation 5 version. If you already own the game but want to play it with the PS5 upgrades, you’ll have to purchase the game again. This comes as a disappointment as many games thus far did provide a free upgrade.

The spinoff Yakuza detective game Judgment will be making its way to next-gen consoles on April 23.

Ryu ga Gotoku studio has revealed today that judgment will be coming to the next-gen consoles for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Stadia on April 23.  It will be remastered for the new version. This will included graphical updates, 60 fps, and smoother performance and load times.

Remastered for next-gen consoles, acclaimed action thriller Judgment is coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, & Stadia on April 23rd, 2021.
