Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning heading to Switch this March

Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning already hit PC, PS4, and Xbox One last September, the original version of the game is already almost a decade old, but the remaster will be available to play portably once it arrives on Nintendo’s tablet-console on March 16, 2021.

Amalur is expanding its borders and heading into the unkown territory of… Nintendo Switch on March 16th, 2021.

Originally helmed by ex-pitcher Curt Schilling’s now-defunct development studio, 38 Studios, the Kingdoms of Amalur IP was acquired by THQ Nordic in 2018. Subsequently, the original Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning was remastered by  Kaiko Games who had previously collaborated with THQ Nordic with remasters of Red Faction: Guerilla and multiple Darksiders entries. Re-Reckoning was well-received upon its launch and will be getting a major expansion entitled Fatesworn later this year.
