Natsume Announces Harvest Moon: One World Confirmed for Xbox One

By Keith MitchellJanuary 2, 2021

Last year we reported that Natsume’s upcoming title, Harvest Moon: One World, was making its way to the Nintendo Switch and the PS4 in 2021. However, as many of us noticed, the Xbox One was absent, and we reached out to Natsume to see if it would eventually port the game to the platform. We never heard back. However, thanks to a recent post on the Natsume Community Blog, there is now a mention that Harvest Moon: One World will also make its way to the Xbox One. This comes directly from the Hiro Maekawa, President, and CEO of Natsume Inc, in a holiday message.

We have a truly exciting title to be released in early 2021. As already announced, we will be releasing the latest Harvest Moon title, Harvest Moon: One World for Switch and PS4 on March 2, 2021 in the US and for Switch on March 5, 2021 in Europe by our long time publishing partner, Rising Star Games.
Harvest Moon: One World is the biggest Harvest Moon game in its history having wide areas and exciting villages to explore while experiencing a farming life. Harvest Moon: One World will also be available for the Xbox One in the US, with a release date announcement in the near future.

So there you have it, now the biggest Harvest Moon title ever is heading to the Xbox One. While this version won’t launch alongside the PS4 and Nintendo Switch versions on March 2nd, 2021. It’s good to know that it has at least been confirmed.

That said, not much is known about what to exact from One World as details haven’t been made available. We’re assuming Natsume wants to surprise everyone as this will be the most ambitious release of the series to date.
