Dead Cells, Hellblade, and others receiving touch controls on Game Pass Ultimate

By Poch SaldanaOctober 23, 2020

More games on Game Pass Ultimate are receiving touch controls according to an official press release by the official Xbox team. Minecraft Dungeons was the first title to include touch controls for Game Pass Ultimate and with today’s news, 10 additional titles will support this control configuration as well. The full list can be found below:

  • Dead Cells
  • Gucamelee! 2
  • Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice
  • Hotshot Racing
  • Killer Instinct
  • New Super Lucky’s Tale
  • Slay The Spire
  • Streets of Rage 4
  • Tell Me Why
  • UnderMine

It should be noted that there is no universal format for the virtual button layout and instead each game seems to have a uniquely designed setup. The official Game Pass Twitter showcases each of the game’s control layout in one helpful GIF.

Look ma, no controller! Xbox touch controls are coming to even more titles in the cloud gaming (Beta) so we made this 'touch to pause' gif to show you some of themhttps://t.co/PrHSWbafuc pic.twitter.com/UCA0PQmU0z

The end of the press release, which can be found here, insinuates that more games will support touch controls in the future.

Big fan of games, writing, and writing about games! Two things Poch will always stand by--the Vita was ahead of its time and the world is a better place with a new Rhythm Heaven on the horizon.
