Azure Striker Gunvolt 2 Coming to Steam

By Josh PiedraJune 9, 2020

It was announced by Inti Creates that Azure Striker Gunvolt 2 is getting a port to Steam on June 22!

The game originally launched on August 25, 2016, for Nintendo 3DS. One year later, it arrived on Nintendo Switch and then again as part of the Striker Pack on PlayStation 4 back in April of this year. Now, the game is heading to PC via Steam.

Inti Creates was previously responsible for the Mega Man Zero and Mega Man ZX series which drew acclaim from fans. In Gunvolt, it shows off a system of tagging enemies and destroying them for combo points in an anime-inspired setting.

A promotional video for the Steam released has been unveiled by Inti Creates which you can view below:

A spinoff game, Gunvolt Chronicles: Luminous Avenger iX, which centers around the Copen character was released in September 2019.
