Capcom wants your input on Resident Evil 3 Remaster and Resistance

By Keith MitchellApril 16, 2020

Now that Resident Evil 3 Remake and even the game we will not mention (Resistance) has been out for a while, capcom wants to know what you thought about both games. As such, they’ve released a Survey that every fan or hater of those titles needs to fill out.

Which is great that Capcom (once again) is asking for feedback on its titles. Especially since I am not a fan of Resident Evil Resistance and would have much rather the merc mode had made a return instead. Or perhaps the return of content that was cut, such as Grave Digger, or Jill making her way to the Raccoon City Police Department.

I also have to be quite serious here as I did ding RE3: R on both how short the game is and how low the replayability is. For $60, I expected more, way more than being able to beat a game in under 80 minutes and never wanting to play the game again. It was shorter than their previous effort with Resident Evil 3 Remake and it felt like a stop-gap while Capcom is working on their next Resident Evil title. Which is rumored to be either Resident Evil 3 or something entirely different.

There is one question that caused me to pause. That being “If Project Resistance were to release DLC for the game, what type of DLC are you more likely to purchase?” I don’t know about you, but I’d rather some DLC for the base game, not Resistance.

Anyway, I’ve ranted enough, but you get the idea. if you played either Resident Evil 3 Remake or Resistance, do us all a favor and fill out that survey. It will take you less than five minutes and hopefully Capcom trakes what you have to say to heart.

Resident Evil 3 Remaster and Resident Evil Resistance are currently available for the Ps4, XBox one, and PC (Steam). Check out our review of the game here.
