Persona 5 Royal Sets Its Sights on March 31, 2020

They have come to steal your hearts again! Persona 5 Royal is set to release on March 31, 2020! Alongside is a reveal trailer showing off the date, English dub, and a slew of new features.

The details on the calling card are as shown:

Worry not as there are plenty of special editions of the games ready for pre-order at major online retailers.

The Sony Blog gives the details as follows:

Digital pre-orders will come with an original Persona 5 Royal theme as a bonus and all the original Persona 5 DLC will be free for all Persona 5 Royal players. Prepare for an all-new RPG experience in Persona 5 Royal based in the universe of the award-winning series, Persona!

Physical editions are as such:

Phantom Thieves Edition – $89.99

Persona 5 Royal Ultimate Edition $99.99

  • Includes the game and all DLC bundles plus 6 additional costume packs

  • Includes the game and the “Persona 5 Royal Kasumi Costume Bundle”

Persona 5 Royal DLC Bundles

Persona 5 Royal DLC Bundles will be available for purchase, separately:

Yeah, the DLC bundle will raise some eyebrows.

Also announced is the current sales overall for the original Persona 5, which is 3.2 million copies worldwide. To celebrate, character designer Shigenori Soejima made a special artwork with Joker and Morganna.

Overall, March is setting up to be jammed packed with games. Final Fantasy 7 Remake, Animal Crossing New Horizons, Doom Eternal are just some of the games in that month. Now Persona 5 Royal will finish off the month with its March 31st release.
