Harley Quinn is one of the most beloved Batman villains, despite being one of the newest. There are lots of versions of the character in both the comics and on screen, but the screen ones tend to be a bit toned down, lest it alienate viewers (or, cough cough, get in the way of people’s fantasies about her). DC Universe, however, is going darker with Quinn, giving her a new animated show that’s definitely not aimed at kids.

The series follows Harley Quinn as she deals with The Joker, who she’s much less lovey-dovey with, Poison Ivy, Batman, and more in her continued criminal career. Quinn is played by Kaley Cuoco of The Big Bang Theory fame, with Poison Ivy played by Lake Bell, and Alan Tudyk as The Joker, with Wanda Sykes, Ron Funches, and Jason Alexander in unspecified roles.
There is currently no premiere date for Harley Quinn but it will premiere on DC Universe.
