SDCC 2019: ‘Doctor Strange And The Multiverse Of Madness’ Coming 2021

Doctor Strange And The Multiverse Of Madness

By Hoary Hosts Of Haggarth! What, you don’t get that reference? Fine, I’ll move on. During their Hall H panel at SDCC 2019, Marvel Studios revealed Doctor Strange And The Multiverse Of Madness, the official sequel to the 2016 movie starring Benedict Cumberbatch.

The movie apparently will feature Dr. Strange dipping into the multiverse (teased in Spider-Man: Far From Home). But as to what he’ll find in there, no one knows. Cumberbatch will return of course to star and his faithful companion Wong is expected to return as well.

Unknown though is whether Baron Mordo will return. The first movie teased him to be the villain in the next movie, but this seems to indicate it won’t be so.

Doctor Strange And The Multiverse Of Madness will release May 7th, 2021.
