Ok, I really need that McFarlane Toys DOOM Slayer figure

Damn you, McFarlane Toys. I didn’t need any more reasons to buy more cool toys to display in my home. Yet, they’ve gone ahead and started working on a DOOM Slayer figure that I simply must own.

McFarlane Toys DOOM Slayer Figure

Shown off at E3 2019 at Bethesda’s booth, this figure looks like its ready for some battle. Not only does it come with a supershot gun and two different arm blades. It also sports “Ultra” articulation with 22 moving parts. Or in other words, you’ll be able to pose this guy in pretty much any way you want. Still, it kinda fills like a miss opportunity by not including the BFG as well.

Product Description:

  • Incredibly detailed 7″ scale figure based on legendary DOOM Franchise
  • Features DOOM Slayer in his most recent iteration of his Space Marine Armor
  • The figure comes with a base, the Supershotgun, Extended Arm Blade, and Sheathed Arm Blade
  • Designed with Ultra articulation with 22 moving parts
  • Figure showcased in DOOM themed window box packaging
  • Product weight: 6 oz.
  • Product Dimensions (in inches): 5 x 2 x 9.5

DOOM Slayer is currently available for pre-order on Bethesda’s online store and is priced at $22. It won’t release, however, until sometime in September 2019.

Now, I know what you’re thinking. Is this going to be like the Fallout 76 canvas bags? Well, considering that this is being made by McFarlane Toys and they’re really damned good with the stuff they produce. I really wouldn’t worry so much about that.

What I do have to worry about is the wife finding out I ordered yet another figurine for my office. Oh well, you only live once. Right?
