God Eater 3 Heads To The Switch This July

By Keith MitchellApril 11, 2019

Well, this is completely unexpected but a nice surprised. Announced today by Bandai Namco, God Eater 3, a Monster Hunter-esque title, is heading to the Nintendo Switch this July 12, 2019. Recently released on the PS4 and PC, God Eater 3 has not only received some very high praise, but the game is a lot of fun. Well, I enjoyed it.

What’s more, is the Switch version is also getting some exclusive content. Pre-order items in the form of Yuri and Estelle costumes from Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition.  Apparently, these are pre-order only items and if you miss out on them now, you won’t be able to get them again – ever.

Thankfully, the multiplayer aspect is still intact, allowing up to eight players to play via online co-op or 4 players via local/online for the story experience. Even more fantastic news. And no, there’s no cross-platform, if you were wondering. Hell, I’d pick this up if I didn’t already own it on the PC and the PS4.

If you are a fan of fast-paced combat, over the to weapons, love customizing your characters and love Monster Hunter-esque games. Then this game is calling your name. For those who played the previous God Eater games, the follow-up adds even more weapons, ups the combat system and more. Either way, don’t miss out on this.

God Eater 3 is already available for the PS4 and PC, with a Switch version releasing on July 12, 2019.
