Blizzard’s Team 5 recently released a patch which saw balance changes come to many cards but what the patch notes didn’t list was a change to Jaina Proudmoore’s portrait artwork in Hearthstone. The new artwork has her cleavage censored by adding an article of clothing across her chest.

Needless to say, this has caused a bit of a commotion within the Hearthstone community. Many wondered why Blizzard chose now of all times to censor Jaina after her portrait had been unchanged for the past five years. As of this moment, Blizzard has not issued a statement about, what many feel was, an unnecessary change… especially when there are cards that are MUCH more revealing than Jaina’s portrait.
Professional Hearthstone player Kripparian even went so far as to poke fun at Blizzard by doing a Top 10 video of other artwork that should be censored. If you’re up for a laugh, you can check out the video below. In the meantime, I guess we’ll just have to turn to the rest of the internet to release our sexual frustrations. Jaina’s officially off the list now.
